Christine is awaiting her professional RCC designation. Until that comes through, Christine will continue to offer a student rate ($100/hour) as her counselling services may not be covered by extended medical plans. Once her designation is effective, we will provide 14 days notice to all current clients of the fee change to the regular counselling rate of $150/hour.
About Christine: I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative. You bring your expertise in your own life; I bring tools, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, strengths, and challenges that shape your experience—and discover what healing and growth can look like for you.
I’m a wife and mother to four wonderfully neurodivergent children. Our family includes a mix of autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, OCD, anxiety, and giftedness. My personal journey has been deeply shaped by grief, resilience, and learning to embrace complexity. These lived experiences inform my work and help me hold space for the full range of human emotion and identity.
My approach to therapy is strength-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in mindfulness and self-compassion. I believe that every part of us—our thoughts, emotions, and even our defenses—has something important to say. When we slow down and listen, we can begin to heal, shift old patterns, and move toward a more values-aligned life.
I work with individuals and families navigating a wide range of concerns, including grief and loss, family dynamics and parenting, neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, etc.), foster/adoptive family experiences, chronic illness, end-of-life transitions, childhood trauma and developmental wounds.
Therapy is an investment of time, energy, and heart. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
